In short
- 30% commission on the net amount each referred customer pays, excluding tax, for 12 months from that customer's first payment.
- Paid invoices only. The 30-day trial earns nothing.
- A 60-day hold on each commission, then a monthly payout once you have at least $100 payable.
- By application. Our team reviews and approves each affiliate by hand.
- No tracking cookies. Your link carries your code in its address, and nothing else follows the visitor.

Affiliate terms
By applying, you accept these terms. The Terms of Service apply too, including their governing law. Verdict System LLC runs this program.
- Admission. By application and manual approval. We may decline any application. We do not admit affiliates in, or pay commissions to, countries under comprehensive US sanctions.
- Your link. Once approved, you get an 8-character code; your link is any page of this website with
?ref=and that code. A referral counts when the code reaches a new account within 24 hours of that account being created, and only if the account never had a paid subscription. The first code an account receives is the one that counts, and it never changes. An affiliate link gives the customer no discount of its own. - Commission. 30% of the net amount collected on each paid invoice of a referred customer, excluding tax, for 12 months from that customer's first payment. Founding customers count on what they actually pay. Trials and unpaid invoices earn nothing.
- Hold and payout. Each commission is held for 60 days after the payment it comes from, then becomes payable. Once a month, if your payable balance is at least $100, we pay it in US dollars by the payout method on file; a smaller balance carries over to the next month.
- Taxes. Before any payout we need your tax form: a W-9 if you are a US person, a W-8BEN otherwise. Without it, nothing is paid. Taxes on your commissions are your responsibility.
- Refunds and disputes. If a payment is disputed or refunded in full, its commission is voided; a partial refund reduces it in proportion. If the commission was already paid to you, the difference is deducted from your next payout.
- No self-referral. Commissions on your own account, or on your own company's accounts, are not paid.
- Not allowed: bidding on "Nexus Studio" or any of our brand names in paid search; coupon and deal sites; spam; presenting yourself as Nexus Studio or Verdict System LLC; claims that this website does not make; fake reviews, or paid reviews that do not say so.
- Disclosure is required. Every time you recommend Nexus Studio with your link, say clearly and next to the link that you earn a commission, for example "I earn a commission if you buy." This is what the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) ask for.
- Independent. You act on your own behalf, not as our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make commitments for us.
- Ending it. Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate an affiliate who breaks these terms; commissions obtained through fraud or a breach are forfeited. Commissions earned legitimately before the end are paid under these terms.
- Changes. We may change these terms. We email approved affiliates before a change takes effect, and a commission already earned follows the terms in effect when it was earned.
